Michelle LeBlanc is a seasoned human resources expert with a distinguished career history, primarily in global Fortune 500 companies and dynamic startups. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and numerous professional certifications, Michelle has progressed to executive leadership roles throughout her career. Michelle's journey in HR began in talent acquisition, where she quickly developed a keen eye for identifying top talent. Her early career in the oil gas industry provided her with the opportunity to learn many facets of HR, eventually working her way up to executive-level roles, supporting large-scale global projects and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. While she enjoyed the industry, the work, and the people, once she started her family, she sought a better work-life balance. In 2019, Michelle transitioned from corporate HR to the startup world, drawn by the challenges, creativity, and autonomy inherent in building new operations. At her first startup in the manufacturing sector, she successfully established foundational HR functions. Her extensive compliance and regulatory experience from the highly regulated oil and gas industry has proved invaluable in supporting clients in manufacturing, construction, and cannabis—industries that also require a close eye on compliance. After a few years, Michelle was able to be more selective with her clients, which led to the creation of Evolved HRX. This platform allows her to focus on her 'sweet spot' - building talent destinations—companies with strong, positive cultures that naturally attract top talent. Her current clients span various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, finance, construction, healthcare, travel and hospitality, and cannabis. Beyond her professional achievements, Michelle is an entrepreneur at heart. She has launched, bought, operated, and sold several businesses, and currently runs a successful service business with her husband. This entrepreneurial spirit allows her to deeply empathize with founders and small business leaders, providing them with customized HR solutions that make sense for their business and team. Michelle lives just north of Houston, Texas, with her husband, their two young boys, a dog, and a tortoise.
