For more than 10 years, Jaclyn has led education, community, and partner programs at B2B SaaS companies including Intuit, Gusto, and Xero, working at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. She measures success through certifications delivered, revenue influenced, and communities that continue to show up.

Her strength lies in taking big, ambiguous challenges, from dated loyalty programs and fragmented learner experiences to talent pipelines with gaps, and building the strategy, team, and content engine needed to solve them at scale.

Jaclyn currently leads accountant partner and engagement programs at Intuit, where she is responsible for transforming the ProAdvisor Program for 500,000 global members. She also built ProAdvisor Academy, tripling certifications year over year, and executive produced a weekly video podcast with more than 10,000 monthly viewers. She is energized by storytelling, content strategy, and the craft of making complex ideas feel accessible and human.

Dave is the CEO of Figured, a cloud-based agribusiness accounting platform used by leading accounting and agricultural advisory practices and over 35,000 farms worldwide. He brings more than 34 years of senior leadership experience across global technology companies, spanning technical, product, sales, and marketing roles. Under his leadership, Figured has driven strong cloud adoption among farming customers in New Zealand, where the company was founded, and has since expanded operations into Australia, the UK, Ireland, Canada, and the US.
