Who Did or Who Didn't get QuickBooks Recertified, that's the question?

Intuit Accountant Suite's Manage Training feature is a tremendous enhancement to monitor team certifications and assign courses and certification pathways.

We previously reported that Intuit Accountant Suite had a ‘training center’ that allowed you to keep track of your team members Intuit related training including QuickBooks Certification and other courses and certification pathways.

Like almost every aspect of Intuit Accountant Suite, enhancements are being made on a nearly monthly basis. One of the newest features within Intuit Accountant Suite’s ‘Manage Training’ center allows you to see which of your team members still need to recertify by June 30th.

Just click on the Not yet certified view to see a list of those team members who haven’t yet recertified.

Team members not shown in this ‘view’ either are not required to get recertified by June 30th, or they have already gotten recertified. Intuit automatically determines which QuickBooks certification holders need to get recertified and posts them for your review.

If you happen to have team members who fail to recertify by the deadline, you will see a new tab showing you those team members on the new ‘Decertified’ tab (highlighted in the red box).

Now you no longer need to ask your team members to ‘show you their recertification certificate’ you can simply check within Intuit Accountant Suite to see if they did in fact get recertified by the June 30th deadline, or if they are going to need to go back and take the entire certification course(s) again.

The new Manage training features are a tremendous enhancement for small and large firms. It allows you to not only monitor your teams’ certification status but assign various courses and certification pathways to team members in order to enhance skills and bolster team performance.
