Today's QBTalks Show is all about What's New in QuickBooks

Join me for today's QBTalks Show at 2:00 pm Eastern is all about "What's New in QuickBooks".

It's been a while since I did our last"What's New in QuickBooks" show and a number of announcements, as well as enhancements have been made within the Intuit Ecosystem. We are going to take a look at many of those impacting, some of which have been well received, and others have sparked controversy.

  • QuickBooks Online (various SKUs) and QuickBooks Online Advanced*

  • QuickBooks Online-Accountant and Intuit Accountant Suite**

  • Intuit Enterprise Suite

  • QuickBooks Desktop (various SKUs)*

  • QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Workforce***

  • Intuit Add-on services, including but not limited to QuickBooks Payments and Intuit Bill Pay

I will also share some 'up-n-coming' features soon to be rolled out.

Believe you me, there is a tremendous amount of content to be discussed in my ~44 side PowerPoint including *price hikes impacting QBO, QBD and Payroll, and **controversial features. (Note: *** represents both price hikes and controversial features.) I am anticipating far more comments typed into the Q&A than I can possibly handle in our one-hour time frame for this show.

Nevertheless, don't miss this opportunity to hear about what's new with QuickBooks and the Intuit Ecosystem over the past few months, as well as an outlook for upcoming announced changes.  So, tune in at 2 PM Eastern today, I look forward to seeing you in the audience.

This month's QBTalks show sponsor is:

Avalara isn’t just ‘sales tax’, it combines 20+ years of tax expertise with an AI platform to calculate, file, classify, and manage compliance across 190+ countries — embedded in the ERPs, billing platforms, and other business systems you already use. But, from a QuickBooks perspective, you need to know that QBO can handle basic sales tax needs, but many growing businesses quickly outpace native tools as they expand into multiple states, sell across channels, or face more complex taxability requirements.

Avalara's Mike Tribout will provide a quick view of where QuickBooks works well, where gaps begin to appear, and why partnering with Avalara helps firms better support clients with scalable, automated compliance. They will highlight new Avalara pricing announcements and demonstrate automated rate calculation.

By the end of their presentation, you will know if you should move beyond QuickBooks sales tax and let Avalara help you and your clients grow with confidence.

Be sure to tune in TODAY, Wednesday July 22 at 2:00 PM (Eastern) for QBTalks.
