QuickBooks 'Resolution Center' Keeps You Abreast of Support Calls

The new QuickBooks Online Resolution Center, designed for ease of use, gives you and your clients an end-to-end view of your support cases.

To access the new center:

1) Log in to QuickBooks Online or QBO Accountant

2) Select Settings ⚙

3) Choose Resolution Center

The new Resolution Center provides immediate access to the status of your support cases, open or closed, within the last 30 days.

The new center is designed to enhance visibility and transparency in product support cases and keep you abreast of their progress through resolution.
