Intuit's ProAdvisor Academy will soon be offering a new 'QuickBooks Payments' self-paced course eligible. The new course is expected to become available prior to the end of September, 2025.

Prior to the end of September, 2025 the ProAdvisor Academy will begin offering a new 'QuickBooks Payments' course designed so that ProAdvisors can learn how to assist their clients in optimizing their cash flow. This new 1.5 hour self-paced training will be eligible for 1.5 CPE credits.
Participants completing the course should be able to:
- Identify customers who would benefit from QuickBooks Payments.
- Recognize different forms of payment, when to use them, and their associated rates.
- Guide an application for QuickBooks Payments and help set up an account.
- Describe how to issue refunds, deal with declined payments, and manage disputed payments.
- Identify which QuickBooks Online reporting features include Payments transactions.
