Join me this month on July 16th at 2:00 PM Eastern as Debra Kilsheimer and I undertake an 'App Comparison' of Workflow Apps that work with accounting solutions like QuickBooks and Xero.
Workflow Apps usually focus on the specific steps and sequences involved in completing a particular task or process within a business. We will examine Aero Workflow, FloQast, Jetpack, Monday.com, Trello, Uku, XBert, and Xenett. Typically, you might recommend or use one of these solutions for or with your client.
While you might consider one of these workflow solutions for yourself, typically, 'workflow' functionality will be one of the features you find with the various 'Practice Management Apps' for your practice.
To compare these Workflow Apps, we will include an analysis of features like AI-assisted functionality, Audit trail, Reminders/Notifications, Calendar view, Checklists, Collaboration, Document mgmt., Mobile access, Reporting/Analytics, Task mgmt.. Templates, Time-tracking, and Integrations. However, those aren't all the features we will discuss.
We will also consider price, interface customization, support, and Insightful Accountant’s key ranking factors, generating an overall score for each App.
In addition, Debra and I will be giving you our ‘down-to-earth’ opinions on these Apps.
Our sponsor for this month is Erplain, the makers of Erplain and Stockpit. These two inventory solutions work with QuickBooks. While Erplain is designed to be a standalone inventory and order management software that can integrate with QuickBooks, as well as Shopify, Stockpit is an inventory add-on that allows users to handle their sales and purchases within QuickBooks, while Stockpit provides inventory control. Both solutions can provide benefits such as multi-location, multiple price levels, multi-currency inventory, traceability, and assemblies for manufacturing. If you've been looking for an inventory solution to bolster QuickBooks, you will not want to miss this opportunity to hear about Erplain and Stockpit.
