Nomination Period for 2026 Advisor Awards Extended a Second Time

Due to a technical glitch with the on-line survey tool used to accept 2026 Award Nominations, the nomination deadline has been extended an additional two weeks until February 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.

On December 9, 2025 Insightful Accountant extended the nomination period for the 2026 Awards to ensure there was ample opportunity to nominate deserving ProAdvisors. At the time, the new deadline was set to February 3, 2026; however, near the end of December, a technical glitch occurred to a critical question in the survey form that prevented individuals from completing the nomination form. Oddly, enough, that glitch was not reported until January 14th.

In response, Insightful Accountant is extending the Nomination Deadline by an additional two weeks, (equal to the period of the last processed nomination until the reported glitch date). Accordingly, the new deadline for nominations will be February 17, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time. Persons nominated on February 17 will have two (2) full weeks to complete their official application forms by March 3, 2026, the close of the 2026 Awards.   

Insightful Accountant wants to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to participate in this year’s awards process for the Top 100 US ProAdvisors, the Top 50^* International ProAdvisors, the Top 25^* Up-n-coming ProAdvisors, and the Top 25^*Tax Advisors, whether by ‘nomination’ or by 'self-application'. This additional two-week extension is the only way we can grant those persons, who attempted to nominate someone during the period when the nomination survey form was inoperable, a reasonable opportunity to return to the Portal and Nominate their favorite advisor(s).
