Next Wednesday's QBTalks-Apps is Our 'New Apps for QuickBooks' Show

Join me one week from today for the March QBTalks-Apps Show where we will be looking at New Apps for QuickBooks. That's March 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern, and you won't want to miss it.

Next Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern, I will be exploring a group of New Apps for QuickBooks including 'AI', 'Construction', 'Data-utilities', 'eCommerce', and 'Procurement' Apps. Now I will be the first to tell you that even though the majority of these apps are“new kids on the bloc,” but others (technically) are not necessarily new, they were just new to me and came to my attention because they seem to be “gaining popularity "as Apps ProAdvisors can use, or work with their clients, to meet a specific need or requirement.

Now you can hardly expect me to cover each of these Apps 'in-depth' in less than ten minutes time seeing as how I also must cover all the housekeeping tasks that are required for CPE, etc. Accordingly, I will discuss key aspects of each of the Apps along with some interesting features and functionalities. I may use screenshots, perhaps a short video-clip or even a brief demo, it all just depends on the particular App. I will be covering some pros and cons and chat a little about ROI (return on investment).

Mostly, I want to chat about how you could use these Apps to manage a specific need, situation or problem in either your own practice, or for one of your clients who might benefit from one of these Apps.

With the group of Apps I've selected I think you will see ways you might:

  • Simplify your project management and team coordination in-the-office, on-the-go, and in-the field.

  • Streamline your eCommerce accounting when working with multiple online marketplaces to simplify payout posting, taxes and more.

  • Generates AI tailored templates for accountants, bookkeepers, consultants and small businesses.

  • Expedite clean-up of unnecessary data, transactions and objects in the QuickBooks accounts you work.

  • Simplify your tracking, usage, and spending on various business applications to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency and enhance decision-making.
  • Automate and centralize purchasing, boost your AP workflows, and control spend at the source.

And I will also discuss any 'partnering arrangement(s)' these Apps may provide so you or your firm can benefit from any referrals or other implementations your clients.
