New and Enhanced AI Agents Across the Intuit Platform

Intuit Connect saw the introduction of new and enhanced AI Agents expanding the AI capabilities across the Intuit Platform₁. 

New and enhanced AI Agents₁, along with a deeper integration of human expertise₂, are being introduced across the Intuit platform. Be aware that AI Agents vary by product(s), not all AI Agents are available for all Intuit products on their platform.The new and improved AI agents include (but are not necessarily limited to):

NEW! Sales Tax Agent₃

Will help keep a business confident in their compliance by helping identify the correct sales tax for products and services, point out potential sales tax issues, and suggesting fixes before filings. Two in 5 small businesses (41%) say a key benefit of their tech is reducing errors, a crucial need for complex tasks like sales tax. 

NEW! Payroll Agent₄

Helps ensure payroll is run accurately and on-time, by freeing up time with automated payroll that means less prep, but full control. Works with employees and admins to provide updates, insights, and payroll drafts—even on mobile. It proactively collects hours directly from employees of QuickBooks Online Payroll customers, spots anomalies and insights, and sends you a ready-to-approve payroll draft via text. 

                 

IMPROVED! Accounting Agent₅

Expanded anomaly detection, AI-powered reconciliations, and more accurate automated transaction categorizations across classes and dimensions, deliver cleaner, more accurate books.

• Purchase notifications: The Accounting Agent texts your client right away when they use their credit card on a transaction that needs a receipt, prompting them to easily upload it right from their phone.
• AI-powered reconciliation: Reduces human error by comparing PDF financial statements to what’s in an account, identifying any differences, and suggesting how to resolve them.
• Coming soon: Work smarter, anywhere with the QuickBooks Mobile app²: Simplicity and efficiency are at the heart of our mobile experience. AI agents and access to trusted experts help you manage accounting, payments, and customers on the go.
• Mobile matching: The Accounting Agent will match transactions and expenses.² It will even text your client on transactions that require receipts so they can upload a receipt right from their phone.
• Insights on the go: Get help from AI agents right in the mobile app₂ to keep books accurate and enhance profitability for better money outcomes.

IMPROVED! Project Management Agent₆ 

Now converts signed contracts into projects during project set-up, provides deeper project profitability insights that take into account changes in project scope or item cost increases, all summarized on a refreshed project overview dashboard.

Enhanced Payments Agent₇

Helps your clients get paid faster and on time. 

• Maximize revenue with reliable payments: Use the Payments Agent to get paid faster. It learns when clients are paid and suggests strategies for more timely payments.
• Keep cash flow steady: Your Payments Agent keeps track of inconsistent payment patterns and proactively drafts recurring invoices—helping turn unpredictable payments into reliable cash flow.

Enhanced Customer Agent₈

Provides source leads and manages follow-ups. It now helps auto-generate estimates to review, edit, and send.

• Lead management done for you: The Customer Agent identifies new leads in an email inbox and drafts personalized follow-ups to edit, review, and send.
  
• Surface more leads, close more deals: With the Customer Hub and Customer Agent, intelligent automation streamlines the sales process by prioritizing leads and managing proposals.
• Capture more leads on the go: Intuit AI agents work together to surface qualified leads from your emails, and can even include written and recorded voice notes in auto-generated estimates for you to review, edit, and send—even from a mobile device. This eliminates the time-consuming process of manually creating sales forms to manage leads.

Will manage your finances more efficiently with optimized month-end close and a faster path to insights, summary, and analysis₂.

• Dive deeper into insights: Delivers insights that show the big picture of business performance to help drive profitability.
• Support goals with monthly summaries: Supports business goals by delivering monthly summaries of performance highlights for you to easily edit and share with your clients.
• Timely insights for quick business moves: The Finance Agent provides recommendations on how to better hit KPIs, even helping to identify and respond to risks and anomalies quickly and efficiently.  

Increased customized support from AI-Powered trusted human experts*: Get the most out of the Intuit platform from day one, with Intuit experts who have access to AI-powered tools and agents to deliver guided set-up and onboarding, ongoing bookkeeping, and soon data migration and quarterly books and tax reviews.

The new Intuit Accountant Suite, and Intuit’s system of intelligence, new AI-agents and access to experts, start rolling out to US-based businesses and accountants today in QuickBooks and Intuit Enterprise Suite. QuickBooks customers within the U.S. will also soon see some agentic AI experiences in the mobile app.
