Deadlines You Must Not Miss.
Existing applicants need to take steps now to 'complete and submit' their applications prior to the March 17, 2026, 11:59:59 PM (Pacific-time) final deadline.
- Insightful Accountant WILL continue to accept applications that are already underway until the 'final deadline' at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on March 17, 2026.
- Those applicants must use the URL provided in their 'Save and Continue' email to access their applications in order to complete them. We show you how to search for that email below.

At 12:01 AM Pacific Time on March 18, 2026, all Applications whether 'partial' or 'completed' will be 'locked'. Applicants will no longer be able to access their applications after of that time.
How to find your 'Save and Continue' email.
Assuming you used the 'Save and Continue' option when you were last working on your Top Advisor Application form, you would have been sent an email with your unique URL back to your application form. The URL is coded to the Red Button in the middle of that email (like the one shown below).
As it says, "Please Save it to somewhere safe, you will need it to return to your application." If you can't find it where you thought you saved it, you need to search your inbox, your junk, your deleted, etc. emails using: William Murphy ProAdvisor Awards Administrator <notification@mail.zohosurvey.com> as the 'sender' (email from). You might also try searching for the Subject: "Complete Your 2026 Top Advisor Awards Application".
Finish and Save Your Application by the Deadline.
All Applicants for the 2026 Awards must finalize and submit their Application forms by March 17, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.
