In this role, Pollock will lead Acumatica’s global product management and user experience organizations, overseeing product strategy, innovation, and delivery across the company’s cloud ERP platform. He will play a key role in advancing Acumatica’s product vision and AI innovation strategy as well as supporting growth initiatives across its core industries, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and professional services.
Pollock’s appointment comes at a critical moment for Acumatica, as mid-market businesses seek modern management systems that will scale with them through operational complexity, regulatory pressure, and economic uncertainty. As CPO, Pollock will focus on advancing Acumatica’s customer-driven product roadmap, integrating innovative AI capabilities, strengthening platform functionality, and ensuring the company continues to deliver flexible solutions that help customers operate more efficiently and confidently.
“Acumatica has built something truly unique in enterprise software—a deeply engaged community that helps shape the product,” said Pollock. “I’m excited to join a company whose primary focus is on delivering technology to mid-market organizations that’s both powerful and practical. My focus will be on driving innovation, including leveraging AI to deliver insights and automation that directly impact how growing businesses operate, scale, and compete.”
Pollock brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling SaaS and payments platforms at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, he served as CPO at Procare Solutions and general manager of Procare’s ChildPlus division, leading product management, user experience, sales, marketing, and customer support teams across childcare management SaaS, payments, and early learning solutions. He also held senior product leadership roles at Worldpay, Asurion, Dell, Intel, Polaroid, and Novell.
Pollock is succeeding Ali Jani, who joined Acumatica in 2010 and has been instrumental in developing the company’s business strategy, product evolution, and ecosystem growth.
“Jon has the experience, vision, and strong track record of leading dynamic teams to execute our product strategy and empower the people who use our software every day,” said John Case, CEO of Acumatica. “As we thank Ali for his extraordinary contributions over the past 15 years, Jon’s the ideal leader to grab the baton and continue our commitment to building a platform that’s powerful, accessible, and genuinely helpful for the businesses we serve.”
