Join us July 8th at QBTalks-Apps for Intuit's New ProPartner Program

On July 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern, Insightful Accountant is hosting our QBTalks-Apps show. has Jaclyn Anku Intuit's ProPartner Program Leader will join me to discuss the new Intuit ProPartner Accountant Program.

You may remember that Jaclyn joined me this past May to discuss some of the changes that would be incorporated into the new program. I am thrilled to once again have Jaclyn back with us to provide updates on the new program. While many of the details of the new program are still being 'ironed out' (so to speak), the new program is scheduled to go into effect shortly after January 1, 2027.

A major aspect of the new program is the extent to which it is focused around Intuit Accountant Suite, the new application for Accountants, Bookkeepers and Consultants, that serves as the replacement for QBO-Accountant that will also be discontinued as of year-end.

Based on recently released updates to the information was able to share with us previously, the new ProPartner Program will focus on ways to empower accountants to build their ideal firm (regardless of firm size), including program benefits, education and community.

I'm certain that Jaclyn will be discussing the expanded benefits like enhanced ‘revenue share’ opportunities and ‘dedicated support’ that includes a new ‘resolution center’ within IAS allowing you to track all your clients' open support cases. I also assume you will also address new and future educational opportunities like the recently implemented IAS training and Intuit Enterprise Suite certifications.

And since benefit levels are directly tied to program tiers, I'm confident Jaclyn will be covering the new tiered structure which ranges from ‘Member’ thru ‘Partner,’Preferred Partner,’ ‘Premier Partner’, and ‘Elite Partner’ status, along with a variety of benefits that are associated with each tier of the new program.

And based on my current understanding of the ProPartner Program I feel confident that Jaclyn will also focus on preparations accounting firms can take to transition to the new program

Don't wait to the end of the year to switch from QBO-Accountant to Intuit Accountant Suite; now is the time to implementation Intuit Accountant Suite which will be your centralized point of access to the ProPartner Program, so make certain that your team members have QBO-Level 1 certification as a minimum. To be recognized as a 'Partner' under the new Program, at least one team member must hold certification.

You won't want to miss this opportunity to hear about everything that is evolving from ProAdvisor into ProPartner. (Murph)

For those of you thinking about CPE for the July 8 webinar, this very special QBTalks-Apps.and QBTalks-Extra event can earn you 1.5 CPE credits for the full 90-minute session. Immediately following the ProPartner segment we are hosting a second segment featuring Figured.

Figured is an agricultural software platform providing ‘smart farm financial management’. During this segment you will learn how Figured can assist agricultural operations in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting on their farming (crop growing) operations, their dairy (milk production) operations, their ranching (cattle, hogs, sheep, etc.) operations, or other agricultural businesses involving a combination of operations like farming and dairy, dairy and ranching, or ranching and farming. You will also learn how Figured can turn your compliance firm into an agricultural niche advisory firm by providing valuable insights you can share with agricultural businesses.

"I'm currently running a trial copy of Figured trying to measure out all the unknowns of my Cow-Calf operation (196 head of Black Angus). I like how Figured allows me to simulate future sales, future births, calves migrating status (to steers or bulls, heifers or cows) during their lifetimes. These features are extremely beneficial over trying to track "a calf as an assembly item" (in QuickBooks Enterprise)to determine the actual 'cost of livestock sales' on an animal-by-animal basis." (Murph)

You will also hear about Insightful Accountant's new three-part webinar series being offered in conjunction with Figured on building a ‘Agricultural Niche’ Advisory and Accounting practice.
