Intuit has introduced a new service offering providing unlimited product expertise and training. The new service is called “QuickBooks Live Priority.”
QuickBooks Live Priority provides fast access to onboarding and product guidance right in QuickBooks Online whenever they need it, even during evenings and weekends.**
Subscribers to the new service are eligible to receive unlimited special expertise to provide them with quick and thorough resolution of any questions regarding QuickBooks Online from highly trained QuickBooks experts.
This new monthly subscription service costs $19.00 (USD) per month and provides:
- 1-on-1 onboard guidance to set up QuickBooks correctly.
- On-demand, product coaching and training on how to use QuickBooks properly and productively.
- Priority access to highly trained QuickBooks product experts to answer questions and quickly and thoroughly resolve any issues the subscriber may be having.
- Extended support hours from early morning (5 AM Pacific) to evenings (7 PM Pacific), Monday through Friday, and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM – 3 PM Pacific).
QuickBooks Online subscribers can currently purchase QuickBooks Live Priority as an add-on service to their existing QBO subscription from within their ‘subscription’ options of their QuickBooks.
Intuit believes that this service offering can help Accountants, Bookkeepers, and ProAdvisors “scale up their firm’s capacity.” Therefore, they plan to add an option in the future, allowing QuickBooks Online Accountant users to sign up their clients for QuickBooks Live Priority using the shared billing features in QBO-Accountant.
