How to Intuit Enterprise Suite: Project Task Templates

Previously, as part of our ‘How to ERP” series, we told you how to add project tasks within Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). Recently, some new 'template' functionality for project and tasks has been incorporated into IES.

Templates allow you to group several tasks you commonly use with your projects. You can store your templates within the IES template library. You will save tremendous time by applying a template of tasks to your next or future project(s) rather than manually entering each task again.

Converting Existing Project Tasks to Templates

1) Login to Intuit Enterprise Suite

2) Choose Projects from the left-hand navigation bar.

3) Select the All projects list.

4) Pick an existing project (with tasks) from the list.
