Have Application Problems - Contact Murph

If you have Application Problems, like getting stuck on a question and can't move forward because 'validation' is holding you up, please reach out to Murph directly.

Recently, and without warning, Zoho, the makers of the survey tool we used, changed the 'validation' methodology' that serves as the control for many of the questions found in the U.S. Application and International Application forms.

Even if you previously worked on your Application form, used the Save & Continue feature, and did just fine... when you go back to input extra content, or complete your Application, you could find that the survey is taking you back to a prior page, and validation is telling you something is wrong with a prior question you answered.

Or, you might be working through your application for the first time, try to answer a question, get ready to proceed to the next page and validation prevents you from either continuing or even 'Saving and Continuing.'

Without going back through and checking every single validation logic equation in each survey it is impossible to know what questions were impacted by the Zoho update. We've worked through at least a dozen of the most complex areas and believe we have those fixed, but even a simple mandatory yes or no could cause an issue if the validation logic requirements changed.

If you encounter a problem, please reach out to Murph directly at whm@rrrltd.org. When you send Murph your email, try to send a screen capture of the problem(s) you are encountering. Question #s don't work because each Applicant's question sequence can be different or in some cases randomized. And as they say, "a picture is worth a thousand words." 

Murph will do his best to get back to you with either follow-up questions or a 'should be fixed now' response, as soon as possible.
