Ready or Not, Here Comes the Newest Bank Feeds View

Written by William Murphy | Mar 6, 2026 5:30:01 AM

Intuit previously rolled out changes to Bank Feeds in QBO but gave users the option to continue with the previous version, that option ends May 8, 2026.

You've asked us to report 'the news' around Intuit and QuickBooks to ensure that you have notice of "what's going on." If you use QuickBooks Online and haven't already gotten a notice like the one below today, you certainly will in the next few days.

Effective May 8, 2026, the option to use the previous version of Bank Feeds is being discontinued as Intuit fully implements the latest version of Bank Feeds for all QBO subscriptions. So, if you have heretofore 'opted out' of the new Bank Feeds, you will likely wake up on the morning of May 8, 2026, and find that your 'opt-out' is now a 'mandatory-in' of the new Bank Feeds feature.

If you've not already switched before now, Intuit is recommending that you "start exploring and experiencing" the new Bank Feeds before they become the norm. You might also want to read this article before you actually begin 'exploring & experiencing.'
