Our October 21st QBTalks is all about Qvinci's 'new' "RoyaltyHub"

Written by William Murphy | Oct 12, 2026, 5:15:00 AM

Team Qvinci will join Murph for our October 21, 2026, QBTalks at 2:00 PM Eastern. They will present their new "RoyaltyHub" which automates royalty administration.

Qvinci's new RoyaltyHub lets you get past manual processes and spreadsheets and automate your client royalties. It offers a better workflow for accountants serving franchise clients: less royalty administration, stronger oversight, and more visible advisory value.  If your firm handles franchise royalty calculations, billing, and collections follow-up for your royalty clients, chances are you are using spreadsheets to track, compute and prepare royalty reports. You clients need, they deserve, more than a royalty spreadsheet. They need a Trusted Advisor who offers an automated process they can trust, and couples that process with accurate, easy to understand results.

"Go from spreadsheet tamer to trusted advisor with the tools and expertise you need to truly help your

franchise clients. With the right platform for the task, this may well be the 'niche' opportunity you've

been waiting for." (Murph)

RoyaltyHub will completely redesign how your services are delivered. Instead of compiling spreadsheet after spreadsheet to keep track of the data and make the computations, RoyaltyHub connects to the data source(s), performs the calculations, invoices, collects payments and provides enhanced payment visibility. Your role as the accountant will be to validate the data, oversee any expectations that might arise, and provide your clients with useful Advisory services by meaningfully presenting the results.

During this one-hour webinar, Qvinci will introduce RoyaltyHub's repeatable workflow Accountants will use in supporting royalty and fee administration. Participants will be exposed to the steps for validating sales inputs and fee rules through invoicing, payment-status review, and exception handling. Qvinci will provide a practical demonstration of RoyaltyHub focusing on selected workflow capabilities, while distinguishing RoyaltyHub's automation features from the accountant’s responsibilities for review and client Advisory.

Participants will also see how RoyaltyHub can address the ongoing services they offer to their royalty clients and identify how royalty information can be connected with broader financial performance analytics to expand Advisory opportunities when Qvinci Intelligence is coupled with RoyaltyHub. When you couple Royalty Hub with Qvinci Intelligence you've equipped yourself with the tools that are best suited to bring success to your royalty clients' operations.

But this QBTalks is not just 'show and tell', it's about "real world examples" as well. Qvinci is offering every participant the opportunity to bring one client's royalty workflow. They will help you identify manual handoffs, assess RoyaltyHub's potential fit, and schedule a follow-up with each participant that submits an example. How's that for one-on-one instruction from a webinar?

 The Show's Presenters:

Representing Qvinici and presenting RoyaltyHub will be:

  • Joe Barbano, Chief Revenue Officer, Qvinci. Presenting as your product subject matter expert.

  • Jacob Glowacki, Senior Solution Consultant, Qvinci. Acting as you RoyaltyHub demonstration lead.

  • Brad Adams — President, CEO & Chairman, Qvinci. Serving as Moderator

About CPE for this Show

This QBTalks offers 1 CPE for successful completion (partial credit is not available). In order to successfully complete this webinar, participants must attend a minimum of 50-minutes of the 60-minute show, and answer at least three (3) CPE polling questions based on any of the learning objectives stated below. (Note: The webinar may pose more than three (3) CPE polling questions; however, a participant only need answer three (3) of the posed questions to qualify for CPE.)

Learning objectives:

Upon completion participants should be able to:

1. Identify the handoffs in a spreadsheet-based royalty workflow that should be examined for duplication, delay, or error risk.

2. Describe how a connected royalty workflow can support calculation, invoicing, payment collection, and review of balances and payment history.

3. Distinguish software-supported processing from the accountant’s review responsibilities for validating client-approved rules, reviewing source data, managing access, and resolving exceptions.

4. Evaluate whether a client’s data sources, fee structure, billing cadence, accounting setup, and review responsibilities are suitable for a RoyaltyHub implementation.

5. Develop a proposed service scope that separates implementation, recurring royalty administration, exception oversight, and optional performance advisory.

6. Assess the business case using measured staff effort, delivery costs, service revenue, and client outcomes without treating estimated time savings as guaranteed profit.
