Like a caterpillar going through metamorphosis on its way to becoming a butterfly, the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program is also going through an evolution. And, as we all know, butterflies certainly look different than their pre-metamorphic caterpillar ancestors.
As it turns out, the ProAdvisor Program, at least the Badges representing certifications under the program, are also taking on an entirely different look. Like butterflies, they have taken on a fresh new look indicative of the achievement certification represents as part of the preparation for enhanced advisory services.
As of today, November 24th, the ProAdvisor Academy and the Find-a-ProAdvisor website will begin displaying these new badges.
Currently certified ProAdvisors can go to their ProAdvisor Academy Hub and select the "My History" tab, from there you can download the new badge for each of the applicable certifications you hold. For ProAdvisors new to the certification process, you will be earning one of these new badges when you complete the appropriate learning tracks and pass the certification examination(s).
And speaking of learning tracks and certifications, the ProAdvisor Academy has also just released the first course of a new curriculum focused on Intuit Enterprise Suite and an IES Certification. The new course titled "Introduction to IES Course" is a 60-minute, self-paced training designed specifically to introduce Accountants to Intuit Enterprise Suite. As I said, this is the introductory course for a new learning pathway, to be released in January, 2026, to prepare you for IES certification.
This first IES certification course covers "what IES is," "who IES is for," and "how it helps firms deliver greater client value." Designed to confidently position advisors to support IES clients, the content includes training on the IES interface and the process used in onboarding clients.
So, let the metamorphosis begin... show of your new badges and be among the first to earn the initial course toward Intuit Enterprise Suite certification. Your ProAdvisor Academy awaits.
