Intuit recently released two new training curricula within the ProAdvisor Academy. One of these teaches fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Accountants, and the other provides training related to QuickBooks Payments.

Both curricula are now available under the Learn tab of  your ProAdvisor Academy login. They can be accessed via your Training option from the ProAdvisor menu item within QuickBooks Online Accountant or by going straight to the ProAdvisor Academy at https://proadvisoracademy.app.intuit.com/home.

"Here's more great training that can help set you apart in the 2026 Top ProAdvisor Awards." (Murph)

New 'AI' Curriculum

If you are new to using AI as part of your accounting, bookkeeping or ProAdvisor practice you may want to find out more about 'Artificial Intelligence.' There are two new self-paced training courses covering AI to teach you fundamentals and about how Intuit is using AI in QuickBooks.

The new ProAdvisor curriculum explores what AI is and how it is changing the accounting profession within the 2 courses totaling 3-hours and 2o-minute course titled, "AI for accounting" that is worth 3 CPE credit.

The second course titled "Using Intuit's AI Agents" examines the first five (5) AI Agents in QuickBooks Online on the Intuit Platform .

The second course is 2-hours in length, and qualifies participants who complete the requirements with 2 CPE credits.

QuickBooks Payments Curriculum

Also new to the Intuit ProAdvisor Academy is a "QuickBooks Payments" course. By participating in this self-paced training you will learn about QuickBooks Payments and how it can streamline workflows and improve business cash flow.

The one-hour and 10-minute course will help your identify customers who would benefit from QuickBooks Payments. You will examine the various forms of payment available, when to use each form, and the associated rates for each form.

The course will instruct you on how to issue refunds, manage declined payments, and deal with disputed payments. You will also learn which QuickBooks Online reporting features include 'Payments' transactions. Participants are eligible for 1.5 CPE credits upon satisfactory completion of this course.

If you are looking for a way to bolster your 'training' credits (CPE, CE or hours) for the Top ProAdvisor Awards you can list all these new courses (worth a total of 6.5 CPEs once completed) in your 2026 ProAdvisor Awards Application Form.
