The QuickBooks ProAdvisor Academy will see addition of three more modules of the Intuit Enterprise Suite Certification training added on January 31, 2026.
Insightful Accountant told you on December 31, 2025, about the the addition of the "Introduction to Intuit Enterprise Suite" training module being added to the QuickBooks 'ProAdvisor Academy.' That module is the first of four modules which ProAdvisor's can complete toward Intuit Enterprise Suite Certification.
Now, we want you to know that three additional Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) training modules will 'go live' within the ProAdvisor Academy on January 31, 2026.
In addition to the Introduction to IES module, the following three modules will be available with the goal of equipping ProAdvisors with a comprehensive understanding of IES including its multi-entity capabilities, from setup and onboarding to managing intercompany activity and producing consolidate reports. By showcasing best-practice workflows through live demonstrations within the training, Intuit aims to help ProAdvisors improve efficiency, enhance accuracy and confidently guide their multi-entity clients while identifying new opportunities for advisory and growth.
Each of the three new modules discussed below encompass use of realistic demo accounts and include knowledge checks to determine a participants understanding.
Working with Multi-Entities in Intuit Enterprise Suite
IES was specifically designed to provide a single picture of all of a company's entities. With IES, users get instant, enterprise-grade visibility across every one of their entities, and have simplified workflows for intercompany transactions so the company's team is empowered to move faster, close sooner, and operate more smoothly and with certainty. To assist ProAdvisors in facilitating this key capability of IES, the module, Working with Multi-Entities in Intuit Enterprise Suite, provides instruction over 60-minutes, on creating and managing share charts of accounts, handling intercompany transactions and allocations, and consolidated reporting as well as multi-entity dashboard.
Using Projects in Intuit Enterprise Suite
Another key functionality of IES is project management through planning, communication and tracking of a client's projects in one unified system. IES provides tailored project reporting and KPIs designed to track jobs and zero in on the metrics that matter most to your clients. The 40-minute module titled, Using Projects in Intuit Enterprise Suite covers the setup and management of projects using real world scenarios. ProAdvisors will learn about project dashboards, job costing, profitability goals, and automation features of IES. The module also covers project financials, reporting and closing of projects.
Business Intelligence with Intuit Enterprise Suite
As an AI-native ERP, Intuit Enterprise Suite has intelligence built right in. Its multi-entity capabilities and dimensional controls can give your clients the visibility and forward-looking financial insights across their business. To ensure that ProAdvisors stand ready to support their IES clients in maximizing the use of these IES features, the Business Intelligence with Intuit Enterprise Suite module is a 90-minute course covering the use of dimensions to track and analyze data. It also covers reporting with AI-powered insights, custom reports, KPIs, and dashboard. The module will also instruct in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and goal setting.
