Intuit Issues Product Update Announcements
Intuit has just announced several Intuit Enterprise Suite updates designed to serve mid-market businesses.
Several new features and enhancements are being released for mid-market businesses currently (or potentially) being served by Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). These include:
-
- Intuit Enterprise Suite Construction Edition: This is Intuit’s first, industry-specific ERP that was built for mid-market construction businesses. The AI-native, end-to-end ERP solution brings project, financial, and operational workflows together in one place, helping customers streamline operations, improve cash flow, and deliver real-time visibility into performance to drive profitable growth at scale.
-
- Project phases* allow construction organizations to stay on top of cash flow, profitability, project planning and budgeting, to effectively manage projects through their lifecycle.
- New cost groups* allow IES users to plan and track project costs for better job costing and project profitability using designated industry-standard cost groups.
- AIA style invoicing* provides industry standard information and transparency for your construction projects.
- Enhanced project budgets* help control costs, keep projects on track, and protect project profit margins.
- The new construction capabilities* are available today in Beta for clients on IES at no additional cost*.
- These new construction capabilities* are also available as a module for Intuit QuickBooks Online Advanced customers.
- Expanded Sales Tax Agent: The Sales Tax Agent* automates sales tax workflow by tracking tax rules and identifying potential issues before your sales tax must be filed. Instead of manually calculating sales tax, the sales tax agent handles it for you.
- IES user early access availability of Sales Tax Agent now includes a new filing pre-check tool that automatically scans for mismatches between Profit & Loss (P&L) and Sales Tax Liability (STL) reports.
- Modernized Business Intelligence: Enhanced reporting, new custom KPIs, and more robust dashboards improve performance monitoring and drive faster decisions for IES users.
- Improved modern report view* providing quicker insights with more customization and streamlined reporting.
- This new reporting* is standard for all reports in IES, includes automatic refresh, consistent customizations, and aligns with GAAP reporting standards.
- Expanded KPIs and dashboards *allow IES users to track metrics using accounts from their Chart of Accounts.
- Advanced Third-party Integrations: Deeper integrations allow third-party app data to flow seamlessly, powering KPIs and dashboards with richer insights that result in more-informed decision making within IES.
- IES users can connect more third-party tools* such as CRMs and workforce applications and then combine the data from these Apps with data in the IES.
- Improved Migration Tools to transition QuickBooks Desktop clients to IES: Updated tools simplify and streamline the transition from QuickBooks Desktop products to IES.
