Accounting, bookkeeping and tax firms (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘firms’) answer a short set of questions about client count, software, and operational bottlenecks. CloseRadar returns a custom report showing where hours are leaking, which tools fit, and which changes to prioritize first.
Recommendations are measured in hours back per week, not inflated dollar-savings claims. The free review requires no card, and a paid deep-dive is available for firms ready for a detailed build plan.
Accounting Integrations
CloseRadar does not currently integrate directly with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or Xero.
Using Close Radar
An accounting firm visits the CloseRadar website (listed in the contact section below) and answers a short set of questions about firm size, client count, accounting software, practice tools, and bottlenecks, and receives the review without entering a card.
CloseRadar uses the firm's public website for context, then compares the answers against twelve operational patterns common in small firms. Each pattern includes effort, impact, and estimated hours returned per week, adjusted for the firm's size and software.
The written report arrives by email in about ten minutes. It pinpoints where time is being lost, ranks fixes by effort versus hours returned, and gives a practical starting sequence: what to tackle this week and what to leave until quiet season. When an off-the-shelf tool is the best fit, the report names it, including tools we have no relationship with.
CloseRadar does not connect to QuickBooks, Xero, or any accounting platform, and it never reads client financial data. It uses the firm's platform choice only to tailor practical recommendations.
Firms that want an implementation roadmap can order a paid deep-dive. The free review stands on its own; it is not a trial.
Within the fintech market, Jetpack Workflow and Karbon might be considered as alternative ecosystem providers to CloseRadar.
For firms wanting to identify issues within their firm that may be contributing to reduced productivity, or needing a change, this "free analysis" may certainly help identify issues you have been overlooking, all without hiring a consultant. Certainly worth considering.
