There seems to be some confusion with the March 3, 2026, Advisor Award Application Deadline you have seen advertised lately. Continue reading to find out how both March 3 and March 17 impact the Awards Application process.
When Insightful Accountant extended the deadline for nominations earlier this year, we also extended the dates to apply and submit applications. Now that the nomination deadline has past, some Advisors have expressed confusion about the ability to 'still apply' and when applications must be "completed and submitted."
Eligible candidates (including persons nominated) for the U.S. ProAdvisor (including Up-n-coming ProAdvisors), International ProAdvisor and U.S. Tax Advisor Awards have until March 3, 2026, to 'apply'. We define 'apply' as starting your application to the point where you can at least 'Save and Continue' later. Persons with active applications then have until March 17, 2026, to finalize (aka: complete) and submit those applications.
We will NOT accept NEW applications after 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on March 3, 2026. The Awards Portal will be closed as of that date.
We WILL continue to accept applications that are already underway as of March 3, 2026, until 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on March 14, 2026. Applicants can still use the URL provided in their 'Save and Continue' email to access their applications in order to complete them.
At 12:01 AM Pacific Time on March 15, 2026, all Applications whether 'partial' or 'completed' will be 'locked'. Applicants will no longer be able to access their applications via the 'Save and Continue' email URL links.
Candidates can still apply (start their applications) for the Awards until March 4, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.
