Acumatica Acquires Vertrax to Expand vertical ERP capabilities

Acumatica Cloud ERP today announced its acquisition of Vertrax, a longtime Acumatica partner and provider of cloud ERP solutions purpose-built for the fuel and energy distribution industry.

The acquisition expands Acumatica's industry-specific ERP capabilities by bringing Vertrax's specialized technology, experienced team, and deep expertise serving fuel marketers, propane distributors, lubricants businesses, and convenience retailers into the company. Vertrax will operate as a business unit of Acumatica under the Vertrax brand, expanding Acumatica’s industry-specific capabilities and strengthening its ability to help businesses streamline operations, adapt to change, and grow with purpose-built technology.
