Intuit has named accounting industry veteran Dixie McCurley as its first Managing Partner in Residence, a new role that brings the voice of accounting firms directly into Intuit’s strategy, product development, and innovation.

McCurley joins Intuit from Top 20 accounting firm Cherry Bekaert, where she built and scaled its national Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice.

The appointment reflects Intuit’s commitment to listening to and building alongside the accounting profession as firms navigate rapid change driven by AI, automation, and agentic workflows.

McCurley will work directly with firms of all sizes and bring their perspectives into Intuit’s product roadmap, while helping shape the future of CAS and exploring how emerging technologies can help firms grow and better serve their clients.
